○ What Bokeh Game Studio Is Like
I feel that Bokeh Game Studio has a very open and transparent culture.
It’s easy to communicate not only with the directors but also with our CEO, Toyama, and there’s an environment where you can comfortably share ideas or concerns regardless of your position.
Being able to openly discuss challenges and ideas that come up in our daily work genuinely leads to better game development, and I experience that firsthand.
With our current project, we want to create an experience that truly stays with the people who play it.
Not just something fun in the moment, but something that quietly comes back to mind long after they’ve finished playing. That’s the kind of game we’re aiming to build.
For anyone who wants to seriously engage with game development and be deeply involved in creating something meaningful, I think Boca is an incredibly rewarding place to be.

○ The Game That Made Me Want to Enter the Industry
“The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask”
I first played it as a child, and the sense of exploration and adventure left a strong impression on me.
The way characters’ behaviors changed over time, and how the same location could feel completely different depending on the time or your role, made the world feel incredibly deep. It was a huge shock to me at the time.
Like literature or film, games have a wide range of expressive possibilities — but what truly fascinated me was how games can shape the player’s experience itself. That’s when I began to see the unique power and appeal of the medium.
