CAREER

I think we have always been credited for the unique game design and world-building in our past works. I believe this approach will never change for us. We began this company to continue working on these kinds of games in a free environment.

I strongly – and simply think that life is something that you must enjoy. So even though my responsibilities have increased and I feel a bit nervous, I’m able to enjoy myself even more than before and immerse myself in creating games. This is something we will always pursue with our studio.

While our first game “Slitterhead” was produced by the studio as a whole, my desire is for us to evolve into a studio that can produce a variety of titles with even more diversity.

I also think it’s an important mission for me to utilize my experience to support young creators who have a fresher, creative mind.

Job Description

・Creation of 3D environment assets
・Full production workflow from rough block-out to final check using Unreal Engine
 *Tools used include Maya, Substance Painter, ZBrush, Substance Designer, etc.

Requirement

・Professional experience in environment creation for PS5-generation titles
・Professional experience using DCC tools such as Maya
・Professional experience using Substance 3D Painter

Preferred Skills and Experience

・Experience creating assets in a PBR (Physically-Based Rendering) environment
・Experience managing outsourcing tasks and conducting quality checks
・Leadership and management experience
・Strong collaboration skills and ability to work smoothly with other departments
・Proactive attitude and ability to identify and solve issues responsibly

Job Description

・Research and propose technologies necessary for visualizing concepts
・Development and proposal of game CG shaders
・Creation and maintenance of tools to improve workflow efficiency
・Artist-related tasks

・Experience developing plugins and tools for DCC tools such as Maya
・Experience creating physically-based shaders
・Experience creating VFX-related shaders
・Technical Artist (TA) experience in a project setting
